Shipping and Pickup
Products are shipped from the UK. Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs may delay delivery if packages are inspected.

We ship using PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, or our own delivery service.

Shipping Cost: The standard shipping cost is €5.99. Free shipping for orders over €20.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.

Returns and Refunds: Non-defective products can be returned, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
