Return & Refund
At My Store, we understand that returns and exchanges are sometimes necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it meets our return policy conditions.
For products returned within 30 days, a refund of the purchase price will be processed, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. We will not cover return shipping fees for non-defective products, and the product must be in new and unopened condition. For defective products, we’ll cover all return shipping fees and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
We do not offer technical support or compensation for losses due to hardware failure, and all data should be backed up by the customer before returning any product.
